Online Service Request

​The Division of Environmental Protection (DEP) is dedicated to responding to and completing all service requests at a high standard. DEP has developed an online service request management system that streamlines the process for all NIH staff and users to submit their chemical waste requests for a new delivery or pickup. Completing a service request includes the entire lifecycle, from the entry of the service request to having the waste removed and supplies delivered within the next business day.
