NanoMaterial-Containing Waste
Pharmaceutical Waste
  • Any pharmaceutical waste must be handled as chemical waste.
  • Pharmaceutical wastes are drugs, vaccines, and anti-neoplastic drugs; including contaminated pharmaceutical products and equipment. ​
Liquid Biohazardous Waste Disposal
  • Risk Groups 1 and 2, with approval by DEP, will be considered for the drain disposal.
  • Risk Groups 3 and 4 should be collected as Medical Pathological Waste.
