Water

​​The NIH water management program covers many aspects of water use and discharge. The key goals of the program is to: ensure the quality of drinking water to meet the Safe Drinking Water Act; properly discharge waste water that meets all regulatory requirements; reduce the quantity of stormwater runoff and the pollution that it causes; reduce the amount of water used across all campuses; and protect the quality of local water sources.​
